So, the house has a lot going for it, it really does, but the plot …. the plot is insane!

It’s basically like having your own park, you can imagine having camps, firework night, parties and the most wonderful fun if it ever actually snows. Then Spring and Summer would be immense, you have shade from some stunning trees but such a vast space that you could relax or entertain in the most wonderful setting until the early hours. Outside kitchen and a firepit is a must but that might just be me.

What this also makes you realise very quickly is that this plot could support a much bigger home with ease, and this is comforting for the future, if not right now.
