“Having never sold a house before I took advice on who was recommended, David Cliff came highly recommended. Even so, I took 3 quotes and met with two other local agencies to compare. I took their advice and we ended up with a sale was that well in excess of our expectations. We had some complexities which with their experience and connections were able to deal with. Communication was good. The wind blew the sign down and they had someone out the same day to put it back up. All in all, I would say ‘Tip Top’.”
