Elevated PositionELEVATED POSITION - I know some may find developments like Woosehill a bit claustrophobic but when you reach spots like this you can see that room and space around you is incredible. Yes you do have the issue of a pylon here which would have been a big issue some years ago but nowadays far less concerning for people.
The home here is set well back with huge driveway for numerous vehicles and open plan lawn and established trees. The neighbouring properties are all spaced apart so you genuinely do have the feeling of privacy and your own space. Open green spaces to the side and rear give so much room for children to play but also, again, give you space and elevated views which feels so far from development living but you still have all the benefits of being here.
Walking inside we have a great size entrance hall with room to breathe, get the kids shoes and coats off and then the cloakroom too.
Turning right into the huge living room I think you’ll be surprised, it runs across the full width so virtually 20 feet and has two front aspect windows looking out onto the huge frontage. The dining room then looks out to the private rear gardens with further far reaching elevated views beyond. With the fitted kitchen next door you do have real scope here to knock through and even extend (STP) this could really work well!
Moving upstairs you have four double bedrooms leading off from a surprisingly large square landing, the space here really is far more than we first expected. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 all have some built-in storage but still plenty of room in bedroom one to have some fitted or freestanding.
Now to outside, the frontage we have already covered but I failed to mention the detached garage. The rear garden is quite simply lawn with really private boundaries, you could do so much here if you wanted or keep things as they are. A huge plus is the open green space which we can fully see being the kid’s playground, so close by yet not something you have maintain …. Not a bad thing at all.
