CHARACTER AND HIGH SPECIFICATION - noir by david cliff - wow, this is something you don`t see every day. When I visited for the first time, I pulled up on the drive and remember thinking that this is a really good looking house. It`s well kept, it`s got character and I loved the brick and render. As the door opened I couldn`t believe what I had stepped in to. Solid oak floors, vaulted ceilings, German kitchen, jacuzzi bath. I could go on, but at this point I would say it`s probably best that you come and have a look for yourself. However, it would be wrong not to point out the high specification in this house...You enter a spacious hallway and instantly you feel at home, and secure, with the video entry / intercom system and alarm. On your right hand side you will find either a home office, a reception room, or a fifth bedroom as there`s an en-suite which makes this room just perfect for guests, relatives or children. On the left hand side there is a door to the garage, with a finger print reader to get back in to the house! The idea being that you have secure, keyless entry to your home. Carry on through to the back of the property and you walk straight in to the hub of the house, a huge open plan living space. To the right there`s a top of the range kitchen which has everything you would expect. Kuppersbush induction hob, convection, microwave & steam ovens, double Liebherr fridge & freezer, drinks fridge, hot water tap, waste disposal, etc. All integrated into sleek textured doors which will have you feeling like you`re standing in a kitchen showroom! On the left is the dining table, beyond that is a cosy seating area by the wood burner, and on the other side a home cinema with integrated surround sound. This has a central media hub, Cat 6 wiring, and even air conditioning! Bi-fold doors at the back open up to a large deck, seating area & private garden. There is a generous size utility room which is perfect for kicking off boots or drying the family dog. There`s even hot & cold water taps outside in the dog run for washing.
As you move on upstairs you`ll notice the cool recessed lighting on the staircase and at the top will find yourself exploring three bedrooms, each of them being utilised to maximize the space. Follow through towards the rear of the house and you will find the master bedroom. Again, this is one of those wow moments it really is something special. A whole wall of wardrobe space built in to the eves, a Juliet balcony overlooking the rear garden, there is even a large TV that has been integrated into the ceiling! You can also control the houses CCTV cameras & recording system from here. As for the bathrooms, it’s literally like being in a swanky hotel. The en suite has an opening from the master bedroom with a double shower, a corner jacuzzi bath, and his & hers sinks!
Going outside the garden is well landscaped with a decked area across the back of the house which has LED up-lights creating a modern and funky outdoor living space which is just perfect for entertaining guests and having a summer BBQ. As an extension of the deck there is a walled patio area which is a quiet spot to relax, unwind and enjoy a glass of wine after a long day. Now as if all of this wasn`t enough, at the end of the garden is the annex which has also has full Cat 6 wiring and is linked to the video entry / intercom system. It could be used for a home office, a playroom, or as a private living space given the kitchen and bathroom facilities. This really is a property that has to be seen to be believed so get in touch and let us share the experience with you too.
The area is serviced by excellent schools including Bohunt, Nine Mile Ride, St Crispins and private schools which include Reddam House and Wellington College.
