NO WORDS DO JUSTICE - noir by david cliff - As far as settings are concerned .... good luck trying to beat this. I could quite happily wander here for hours just looking at the gardens and the surroundings whilst thinking "what a gorgeous looking home this is".
No one has had the chance to own this home for 35 years and you can see why, why would you choose to leave. Whilst beautiful as it is, looking on to future years I`m certain I`d be deciding to stay and extend if it is what I needed. The location and plot is such that it could suit a larger home and hold increased values so surely knowing you`ll not better the location this is the answer, not something true of many homes or settings.
I think you simply need to take a drive down the track and you`ll soon know if you`ve fallen in love or not and then I can tell you that we believe the original home dates back to 1800 as then farmers cottages and was then cleverly converted into one stunning dwelling in the 1940`s. You now also have mains water, gas and private drainage so all the important bits that you would want but often don`t have when you live in such an incredible spot.
