WE WERE LEFT SPEECHLESS - noir by davidcliff - Where do we start on this one .........
It really is one of the most unique yet beautiful homes we have seen for some time.
You first look up at this attractive and quite imposing elevation and notice the attention to detail that went into the build many years ago and now this stunning building has been transformed inside to create something special.
As soon as you walk in and capture your first glimpse of the spiral staircase you wonder what else is waiting and it doesn`t disappoint, you wander into a lovely light and bright reception space with feature fireplace and room to relax and then carry on through to the open plan dining area which is equally beautiful and it doesn`t stop there.
These two incredible spaces have been very cleverly created to also follow on and incorporate a very contemporary kitchen with its own look and style, you can then use as one or close the living area off if you wish. In addition to this living space you then also have an inner lobby with cloakroom and a further flexible room which can be a study with a lovely angled wall feature and doors out onto the landscaped gardens.
Going back to the entrance hall you’ll remember the spiral staircase which goes down to the basement as well up to the first floor. The basement room has been really well developed into a fantastic family/cinema room or bedroom, the huge plus here is the natural light coming in as it has a full window to the outside world too.
Up now to the first floor, this gives the main three bedrooms which are all a great size with an excellent size family bathroom and en suite to the master and all again so light and bright with elevated views. The gardens are then an absolute delight and larger than we first thought, they extend to the side and rear giving lovely private areas to relax or entertain. The way they have been landscaped has created varying levels and finishes that really add to the whole unique flavour of this truly stunning period home.
