NO CHAIN - In for Christmas? Big ask but we could try ......

So this has to be one of the quietest spots on this `always popular` development that is Woosehill. As you swing round into the close it just feels good, homely and also established with a nice street scene in my humble opinion and this surely counts.

The driveway parking and garden frontage are both of a good size and give a nice start to proceedings.

Walking inside you have a nice size entrance hall with cloakroom off to the left and stairs set nicely back a little so it doesn`t all feel on top of you as it often can. In and right leads you into a great size living room with feature box bay window that just adds a little something and then you have what would have been double doors through to the dining room but at present it`s all one through room which really works. Not only does it increase the feeling of space, but with the doors and windows in the dining room rear wall it allows the light to flood in from both ends.

Off now in to the kitchen breakfast room and this again is a good space and fully functional but I can see being an are that you will want to make your own mark at some point but for now everything is just fine, you have tome to decide and plan what you`d like to do. beyond here you then have arear lobby, utility area which is useful although could be fully opened up if you wished, then a door through into a partial garage conversion which now gives a great bonus, an office, or indeed whatever you would want it to be.

Just to note also that the remainder of the garage is a great storage area accessed from the front with electric up and over door.

Ok so upstairs now, and everything is pretty much as you would expect but a tad surprising as the integral garage means you actually have larger bedrooms that perhaps you would be expecting a great size bathroom and large en suite bathroom to the master. I think the thing here is balance, with the garage partially converted the home feels well-balanced upstairs and down.

Moving out to the rear garden you have a little extra here, the wall, being the end property the gardens is fully walled which just looks so good, and no fence to repair or replace which has to be a bonus, just the boundary fence with next door so we can check who owns that bit. The sideway is another great plus, a storage area here means you don`t have to have anything taking up room in the main part of the garden.

Ok so all in all we have a lovely detached family home in a great spot, within a fantastically popular development.....and it`s empty! Come take a look.
