COME INSIDE AND SEE - noir by david cliff - Ok so this really is a pad, some amazing features, and the most stunning rooms.

I wasn’t too sure what to expect when I arrived here, I mean it’s a really good looking home, great curb appeal but I was still shocked when I walked inside…. in a good way, a really good way.

First thing was the entrance hall, this may seem a strange area to comment on but the way it opens up really sets the scene and puts you in a good mood immediately, taking your eyeline right through to the gardens.

Off to the right and you have a cool main living room, a grown-up space I think, great for movies or getting some peace to watch the match. A decent size and shape to offer options to furnish so you can switch things up when you fancy a change.

The ‘T’ shaped nature of the entrance hall extension accesses the WC and gives a gap before you hit the impressive study. More of a proper ‘office,’ in my opinion, a lovely, lovely room which gives options should you not need such an impressive workspace, the double doors going in give it a ‘wow’ too.

This is also the point that the entrance hall widens even further, and you can see why, it allows a pretty damn stunning entrance into the triple pitched and vaulted kitchen, dining, living space which extends the whole width of the home, STUNNING!

Take a second here, you’ll have little choice, you’ll be looking up as well as along just to take it all in. To give some idea of scale, this space is 30ft wide, allowing for a full suite, dining table and chairs and substantial kitchen area and Island unit with room to dance around all of it.

Two sets of double doors and windows on two sides along with eight, yes eight, Velux windows allow the light to flood the space and obviously access the gardens. It truly is a stunning part of this beautiful home and one that is hard to find fault with. The return of the kitchen takes you through to a utility room, perfect place to hide what needs to be hidden so you can keep the rest looking mint.

Moving upstairs we also have an impressive landing area to arrive at, again a nice size so no cramped feel at all, it’s actually square and roomy. So we have four doubles up here, both he master and bedroom two have en suites with the family bathroom the servicing the remaining two. The space up here is really excellent so do take your time to have a good look round.

Now to the outside, and I have to say that this doesn’t disappoint either. The frontage offers some great parking, which let’s face it is becoming more and more important these days. Some would think ‘garage conversion’ and I have to say that I wouldn’t disagree. To the rear we have a lovely enclosed garden with room to breath. The terrace area gives plenty of room to relax and entertain in equal measure, you then still have plenty of lawn to set up the goals, cricket or badminton net .... I`d be going for an outside kitchen, but that`s just me.

Then we come to the annexe or cabin, what an incredible extra, and such a size with shower room so only a few tweaks and it could be whatever you need it to be.

Basically you have quite an incredible, versatile and desirable home here with so much on your doorstep including great schools, a lovely high street and station just along the way. Come take a look.
