Ok so we love Langborough Road; the homes here are varied but the terrace and end terrace markets are huge and popular, and we have a stunner …. but it wasn’t always this way.

We sold this home to the current owner a year ago and he has treated it as a labour of love and brought it back to its best, and then some!

Externally I think you’ll agree that it’s a real looker and this is something that always makes such a difference; you want to pull up and be proud that it’s yours, and you get that feel here. Parking front and back is another massive selling point, and rare, but you have it here.

Internally everything is fresh, clean, sharp with some classy touches. The front reception space is beautiful with the bay window and fireplace giving a real sense of feature and character, the shutters are a lovely touch and finish things off so well.

May sound strange to say but the panelling and stairs are a particular favourite, the way they tie everything in is class, the central runner on the painted stairs is a nod to the period but done in quite a contemporary way I feel.
