STILL ROOM TO GROW - Whilst already a lovely size home, you still have so much potential here should you choose to explore it.
A lovely approach is always a great start, and you have that here, as you pull up you do feel this slightly elevated feel would be tough to be beat within the road.
You can`t help but notice the parking is great, truly important with live nowadays, kids of driving age staying at home longer and then their friends turn up too!
Walking inside the space is great, lovely size entrance with room to greet guests and the straight through to the kitchen or turn left into a fantastic size living room. This living room is square in shape, whilst a strange thing to mention it does allow for choices, sofas this way or sofas that way ..... you decide.
Double doors then take you through into the dining room which let’s face it doesn`t have to be a dining room, family room? work space? or open it up into the kitchen (which is what I would do) but again the key is that you have options. From here we then head into the conservatory which is a fantastic extra, serious floor space and something that again you could use as is or incorporate differently.
The kitchen is well-fitted with white shaker style with contrasting work surfaces, sharp looking and with some good storage and still that potential to open through to the reception space if this is more your style, all this whilst looking out onto the gardens, not bad at all.
The covered walkway between house and full length garage works well too, it allows for a huge utility room behind the garage giving that dumping ground which we all need now and then. We`ll come back to the garden and garden cabin in a mo.
So moving upstairs things are as you would hope, three fantastic size bedrooms all with built-in wardrobes and family bathroom. To be fair I was surprised by the bedroom sizes, not often you find three doubles.
