The master bedroom is to the rear, to be honest it’s so quiet here it doesn’t really matter but the views across the allotments are really nice, so it makes sense. The bathroom is original, all fully functional but it would be lovely to re-fit and choose your ideal look.

Moving outside now, we’ve covered the frontage and driveway which is excellent, and the rear garden is pretty impressive too. Currently styled as a courtyard look with lovely, mature evergreen screening that ensures some privacy so you can enjoy the southerly aspect. Personal door through to the garage and a sideway to the front just keeps everything easy.
