Ok so what is this noir, why does it qualify?

Quite simply it is one of the most deceiving homes we have seen for some time, a real wolf in sheeps’ clothing, modest from the front elevation but there is so much going on in here.

Created in 2022, this now gives you the option of three, four or five bedrooms, three of which have en suites, and then you can decide on what reception space you need.

The ceiling heights are impressively noticeable, particularly in the vast open plan kitchen, living, dining space at the rear with full width bi-fold doors opening and allowing you to spill out onto the impressive gardens.

The kitchen area itself is stunning, beautifully fitted with integrated appliances and central Island unit that gives the natural divide but is also there with purpose rather than a token gesture. The floor area then opens to give vast dining and living areas that really do need to be seen to be appreciated. The much desired bi-fold doors then open and frame the view through to the gardens, and also allow the light to pour in. A separate utility with door to the sideway gives that space to close the door on which we all need sometimes.

To the front we have two fantastic ground floor bedrooms or reception spaces so you can decide, but essentially you have incredible versatility to use as you wish, it also allows the flow to change as life changes, perfect.

Moving upstairs we have three bedrooms and some great ceiling heights again! The master suite sits to the rear with views to the gardens, fitted wardrobes and a plush en suite. You can’t help but notice how light the space is up here, the various eye level windows are enhanced with added Velux windows that flood the upper rooms.

Outside we have a fantastic size garden, the large patio expands the full width and give space to relax and entertain in equal measure, stunning. The remaining expanse is extensive and laid to lawn which I personally prefer but if you want to get creative you have all the space here that you need to do so.
