OH, SO EXCLUSIVE - Positioned just off Kiln Ride, you may not have heard of Alexander Close....and that`s why we love it! It`s a small, exclusive selection of only 5 houses and was built by a local developer back in 2011.

Set at the back of this select development you have peace and privacy here, yet so much close to you.

On arrival the elevations of all the homes are attractive, it just sets the scene nicely and make you a appreciate the thought that has gone into the designs. The block paved parking area to the front is cut into the lawn, so it softens everything. It’s a great idea as the garage is offset to the rear which then has its own benefits without compromising parking, very clever.

My advice would be to have a good look at the floor plan here before you pop over.
The living space is fantastic but the central reception hall is vast and such a great feature to this home, so rare to find and often underrated, it just sets the scene so well and helps everything flow. So much room to greet guests, shoes and coats off and the shopping and buggies if you have the need.

To begin you then have two front aspect rooms very similar in size and totally versatile, they literally could be whatever you wanted them to be, family room, office, formal dining or games room .... you decide and then you can use the other for something else but you`re a bit spoilt. Then we have the main reception room, living room, and this is lovely and looks out onto the gardens and trees beyond through the bi-folds.
There is also permission here to extend which would be incredible but you can decide if you would need it, either way it`s a lovely bonus.

No off into the kitchen/ breakfast room, at 18 feet in depth, many would use this as a combined kitchen and dining area, and why not. The kitchen itself is well fitted but again there are options here so take your time and think about how this could work for you, not to mention the extension potential we`ve pointed out. The utility is again a good size and truly functional rather than a token gesture.

Upstairs we have four bedrooms, all great sizes and shapes to furnish and some lovely feature Velux windows allowing extra light to flood in. So the ceiling features are called `skeilings` so don`t think I`ve gone mad but they are worth mentioning, they give so much interest and just a point of difference. The master looks out to the rear but it`s so quite here it really doesn`t make too much difference, the en suite then has a great size shower and again the skeiling feature with Velux.

No to the gardens, leafy and lovely to be honest with the detached garage set to the rear with double doors leading in so you could easily see this becoming much more than just garaging if you so wished.
