It’s fair to say the approach alone will be enough to have you wanting more, a sweeping driveway leads through to the secluded visitor and then resident parking areas with a courtyard feel, and then the private garaging.

On foot now, and the view opens to an impressive building that is Heathlands Court itself, an exclusive collection of homes set in the most stunning acreage and you don’t have to lift a finger to maintain it, there are people on hand that are very happy to do that for you and they do it beautifully.

The pathways and timber arches create a feature of their own and lead you to your door whilst you ‘survey the grounds’ and think …...“is this really all ours” ….yes it is!

So, back to the property in question, huge pluses here for me and I do genuinely believe this home is the best that I’ve seen in the development and my reasoning for this is as follows. The big one for me, the garden, not many have large private gardens, but number 3 does and at appx 90ft in depth it’s far from a token gesture.

You do have options though, maintain it yourself or leave it to the lovely people who look after the grounds, or chop and change but either way it’s yours to enjoy and entertain in.


Walking through into the home itself you have some lovely accommodation and quite possibly more than you may be expecting. The current owners have opened the kitchen and dining space into one fantastic room, it works so well and clearly a space that you will spend time in with doors then leading out onto the gardens. The kitchen itself is brand new in a lovely bright white finish with contrasting work surfaces which then runs through into a breakfast bar with inset induction hob, all very nicely done.

The dining area then easily takes a decent size dining table and chairs so you can really see how you would happily spend proper time in here.


The main reception room, living room, is then set to the other side and again a great size. Views all-round here, doesn’t seem to matter which way you look you still have a view. The feature fireplace gives the much needed focal point as many rooms need but then full-length glazing and doors gives views and access out onto the frontage and grounds beyond. You’ll also note from the plan that you have an inner hallway here with cloakroom and WC, the practical stuff but important, nevertheless.


Moving to the first floor the views continue and probably improve as elevation kicks in. We have three bedrooms here with the master having a lovely en suite shower room and built-in storage. Bedrooms two and three really work and offer options for work room too, that work / life balance thing?

Another staircase? yes, leading up to the bonus room and a fantastic space that is there for you to decide but the current owners have it looking pretty cool.


Moving back outside it really is quite staggering how beautifully the grounds are maintained, you literally have your own park like setting and grounds with deer (I can’t guarantee the deer but they’re there) and all for your enjoyment. Oh, and there’s me forgetting the garage, you get one of those too!


So all in all a truly stunning and secure setting and grounds with a lovely home within, all here for you to lock up and leave or set down some roots, you decide.
