I first saw this site many years ago and knew it would be something very special, after some blood sweat and tears a stunning gated community has been created.

Broad Haven was designed and now owned by the original landowners and they were keen to create something truly bespoke with no expense spared, and it shows. They have sensibly retained ownership of the entire driveway entrance thus ensuring it’s look and style with access allowed over for the neighbouring dwellings.

The totality appraoches 4000 sq feet and oozes class, even entering the second set of gates you see the extensive driveway bordered in (marble slips) which extend around the curtilage, room here for numerous cars so families or entertaining will be no problem. The manicured frontage then leads through the covered entrance and into the reception hall.

First sight is of the stunning, centrally positioned bespoke Oak staircase as the reception hall wraps around it, this staircase is of such style and quality that it genuinely feels like a piece of sculptured furniture created for this space.

Wandering to your right you will discover the large cloakroom which is as you would expect and then further round to the impressive office / study which has more than enough room top really function as a full blown office rather than occasional work space.

Time now to take more detailed look at the stunning staircase as it takes you up to the incredible galleried landing. Looking down into the voids either side it makes you real how impressive a feature a landing can be, with some thought.

We then have four impressive en suite bedrooms on this floor including the master which is a suite worthy of this home. The dressing room is well fitted and leads through to a stunning bathroom en suite with separate shower and dual sinks, the quality here is quite incredible as it is throughout. Versatility was also something very much in mind when designing this home and whilst you can see options as you wander around, it is particularly evident when you venture up the second bespoke staircase to the top floor.
