Now into the huge kitchen / breakfast / family room, this space is so so special and the choice of kitchen is one that I would have never chosen but I love, the combination of bronzes and black may not sound ideal but it’s spectacular, sleek and stunning! Integrated Siemens appliances include two single ovens, steam oven and microwave and with family life and parties being busy things you also have two dishwashers and three fridges, one of which is the very much needed wine fridge.
Central Island units can often be added simply because we’re all supposed to have one but it really makes the space here, room to sit and chat, grab a quick bite but also so much room to prep and serve, it really does balance things well.
One thing we do all need, the utility room, a live saver, room to hide everything, sort the dogs out or just store those things that you don’t want on show. The added bonus here is the further shower room and loo so no excuses for dirty shoes or children to enter without being hosed down first.
Time now to take more detailed look at the stunning staircase as it takes you up to the incredible galleried landing. Looking down into the voids either side it makes you real how impressive a feature a landing can be, with some thought.
We then have four impressive en suite bedrooms on this floor including the master which is a suite worthy of this home. The dressing room is well fitted and leads through to a stunning bathroom en suite with separate shower and dual sinks, the quality here is quite incredible as it is throughout. Versatility was also something very much in mind when designing this home and whilst you can see options as you wander around, it is particularly evident when you venture up the second bespoke staircase to the top floor.
When I walked into this space I was instantly running through all the options open here, the space is vast, approaching 40ft across and currently furnished as a very push gams room / movie room but with a fitted kitchen nicely positioned in one recess and a HUGE bathroom hidden away. This opens man options, mast suite, 5th bedroom, 5th and 6th bedroom for that matter and then an annexe for older children or Au Pair suite…..the choice is yours or you can change as life changes.
Moving outside we have a very classy, yet simple landscaped garden and it looks great. The stonework surrounding the large central lawn runs seamlessly and gives a terrace area that runs along the rear of the home giving some private space to relax and bathe. This paving then continues to one side taking you to the rear boundary which gives a much larger space which has also very cleverly had water, electricity and drainage run to it so you should you want to create an area for garden office, annexe or a more defined dining area it’s all here for you to do in your style.
Al in all this is quite some home and one that would you be well advised to come and see, experience, and take in for yourself.
