SUCH A POPULAR DESIGNSUCH A POPULAR DESIGN - This development has proven to be one of the most popular around, and with good reason.
We love this spot, far enough out of new and greatly improved re-generated town centre but still close enough to it to make use of the wide range of shops, restaurants and bars as well as and great commuter links off to the M4 and A329m and of course the station in town itself.
The street scene here is lovely; there are several different designs in the main approach with wider roads and pavements giving a lovely look and feel to things.
Chambers Way is a quiet little side road, and this design is one of our favourites. Wandering inside the entrance hall is a good size, room to breathe, with cloakroom off to the right and then a great size kitchen / dining room to the left. The kitchen area looks great with shaker style cupboard fronts and contrasting worksurfaces and some integrated appliances. The dining area then has ample room for a good size table and chairs so no compromise here.
Walking through to the rear you have a huge dual aspect living space, slightly L shaped which adds even more! You have options to furnish or even introduce a study area or dining space if you prefer but either way, you have options. Windows and French doors then give views and access out onto the rear garden.
Moving upstairs we have three bedrooms including the master with lovely en suite shower, bedrooms two and three are then also good sizes with a family bathroom servicing them.
Outside we have a block paved driveway giving parking to the front and leading to the garage, you then also have a small lawn area to the side with low level planting which softens things. To the rear the garden is nice, simple, and private. The shaped patio areas give room to relax and entertain with a central lawn and personal door through to the garage.
All in all, a lovely home in a great development and well worth a view!
