I`d buy one of these if only for the under croft parking but some would say that shows how shallow I am, I would say no it`s just a really cool feature and one that would normally mean spending way more than this!

The block was a previous office conversion so is really solidly constructed with solid floors cutting out any noise transfer so that`s the usual question out the way.
The Gated entrance sets the scene well but then looking at the elevation again says quality in my opinion but may not be to everyone`s taste I guess. The entrance lobby is quite simplistic and creates the modern feel you would hope for and this theme continues throughout ..... and there`s a lift.

Moving inside the apartment itself you can instantly see the quality and thought that went into this conversion, seeing the tiling, flooring and work surfaces it`s clear to see the idea here was to impress and give a really high end feel to things.

The open plan living and kitchen area have been cleverly divided using the shape of the space so you have two clearly defined areas but the feeling and benefits of open plan living.

The bathroom continues this theme and looks great, the developer has also been quick to realize the benefit of having this space double up and used as an en suite to the double bedroom, nice touch.
