A Privilege To Live Here

A PRIVILEGE TO LIVE HERE - If you are looking to be in town yet hold peace and quiet at the top of your list of `must haves` then we have this for you!

This is without doubt one of those locations that you only get one chance to live in and if you miss it you`ll regret it. Tucked away at the very end of Pages Croft, The Croft is a select group of excellent size apartments that give privacy, peace, parking and garaging and some excellent size accommodation to go with it.

As you approach you can see that you are in great company with million pound properties lining the way along with the impressive Mertonford House tucked away on your right. Bearing left at the end you sweep past the established willow tree and into the driveway of The Croft sat in its` own private setting and sat well back in the grounds.

The frontage is impressive as you can see from the pictures we have to show you and the apartments itself just gets even better. Walking inside the entrance is spotlessly kept, light and airy and really shows you the standard that this location and building is renowned for. As you enter the apartment itself on the first floor you notice two things, the sheer depth of the apartment which explains the fantastic size, and then just how light and bright it is throughout. Without stating the obvious there are windows all throughout and this also allows for nice views all round too, one of the advantages of being on the first floor, nothing but sky and trees.

The entrance hall opens up nicely with huge storage cupboard for all the bits you want to keep out the way. It also has a modern open plan feel as the dining area leads off of the entrance hall, almost like a reception hall and the feeling of space is noticeable. The fitted kitchen then leads off from the dining room, well fitted with plenty of cupboards and storage along with integrated dishwasher, oven and hob. The theme of light and bright continues with a large window looking out onto the communal gardens.

The main living room is then a fantastic size, larger than you`ll find in many large four bedroom detached homes! The feature fireplace gives a lovely focal point but to be honest if you`re not watching the television you`ll probably be gazing out of the large window with views of the skyline and Willow tree.

The feeling of space continues as we go through to the two double bedrooms. The master is fantastic at 15ft by virtually 14ft with built-in wardrobes which then allow for the floor space to be maximised. The two front aspect windows again give lovely views as well as allowing the light to pour in, this is a beautiful room. Bedroom two is another double but with views to the rear it again has a lovely aspect, both these bedrooms are then served by a large family bathroom with bath and separate shower.

Moving outside, I think you`ll be impressed here too. The grounds are so well-maintained, literally every shrub and blade of grass looks manicured, having spoken to a few of the residence they couldn`t be more complementary about how well things are kept here. The driveway continues to the side and leads to the garages, of which you have one allocated to your apartment. Beyond this lies the open communal grounds which are there for all.
