Balcony With A ViewBALCONY WITH A VIEW – OPEN TO OFFERS FOR A JUNE COMPLETION This already popular location is growing even further in popularity with the local investment and development pulling buyers in from near and far so don’t miss out.
Sat towards the edge on the overall scheme this light and bright apartment sits in the full arch of the sun so literally sees the light from dawn till dusk making the balcony more than just a great feature.
Parkland areas have been created to the front and to the side so country walks, or runs if you feel fitter, are on your doorstep so take advantage. With pub, shops and wine bar rumoured to be following along and with the incredible new school already in situ you have all this on your doorstep and in striking distance to Reading and Wokingham towns and stations.
So... to the apartment itself, pretty special to be honest and it has a lovely feel throughout so I would thoroughly recommend you come and take a look for yourself.
The private parking area is set to the rear with allocated spaces and walks you straight into the secure communal entrance.
The first thing that hit me here when walking inside the apartment itself was the size on the entrance hall itself, strange thing to say but it really feels like it leads somewhere with living space one side and bedrooms the other. You also have great storage with a regular cupboard and then large linen cupboard.
The dual aspect living / dining room is huge and a great shape to furnish, you have an obvious comfy seating area that can take a large L shaped sofa it that’s your style and then plenty of room for a good size dining table and chairs looking out onto the balcony, nothing feels cramped at all. The kitchen area is then recessed so feels like its own thing and is well fitted with integrated appliances.
When I said about the light and brightness here I wasn’t exaggerating, the living space has a full height window to one side, doors and full height side lights to the balcony and then a further window In the kitchen area so you see you really do have light and views all round.
The balcony is a real feature as you would expect, rather than just a token space it allows you to furnish with table and chairs, sunbathe or just take in the view.
The master bedroom is again lovely, with Juliet balcony to the rear and window to the side the theme of light continues, then built in wardrobes and a large en suite shower room making this a true master suite. Bedroom two is then a great double and serviced by the modern family bathroom so whether you have guests or just don’t like sharing you’re covered here.
