SIMPLY INCREDIBLE VIEWS – noir by david cliff – It would be crazy not to say that the views are the WOW here and pretty unbeatable, but the home and its versatility are also impressive.

When we got the call to value the current owners tried very hard to describe the home and setting they fell in love with 19yrs ago and they struggled a bit, and when I arrived I could see why, words just don’t do justice to that view but I have to try!

They won’t mind me saying that they stumbled upon ‘Sunny Ridge’ when just a few courses of bricks high and they told the builder they wanted it …. and they bought it and have never looked back. This home has seen them through the whole of their family time, children growing up, going away, coming back and all the changes that happen along the way but now it’s time to let someone else have that pleasure here.

On arrival you are met with a really interesting and attractive home with great curb appeal and frontage along with the most sky I think I’ve ever seen locally, you’ll see what I mean when you come here.

Family homes are needing parking and general vehicle space as a premium feature in this day and age and you have a vast space here as you pull through the gated entrance but also have ownership of the section outside of the gates too which is a lovely plus.

Walking inside this home of over 3000 sq. ft. you are into the impressive entrance hall with room to greet guests and get all the shoes and coats taken care of without a squeeze and the theme of less rooms but fantastic size rooms begins.

Doors then lead straight through to the gardens and that incredible view again so you’ll find yourself stood here for a while I’m sure. When you add all this living space together you can see how versatile it all really is so a true family home is what you have.

Moving upstairs you have five bedrooms, and I don’t mean four bedrooms and a box room. The master suite is particularly special with the Juliet balcony proving a real feature and giving you that same incredible view but now elevated so even more spectacular. With a full en suite bathroom and separate shower along with the sheer size of the room itself it is an impressive space. Bedroom two is a fabulous second suite with en suite shower room and some built in wardrobes so leaving great floor space again.

Bedrooms three, four and five are then all doubles with four and five having their own eaves storage, these bedrooms are then serviced by the large family bathroom which again has bath and separate shower.

Outside we have already really covered the vast frontage which apart from providing parking for numerous vehicles also accesses the double garage.
The rear gardens almost go un-noticed because of the view but when you look more closely you can see that the raised terrace which continues the full width of the home is a lovely feature giving so much space to relax or entertain and enjoy. Stepping down onto the lawn you then appreciate how large this garden is, bordered by mature hedges it has a rural but maintained feel if that makes sense.
