Whilst many of you will have learnt by now that this village is special to me, and therefore I do bang on about it, I would urge those of you that aren`t so familiar to pay attention. This is simply a fantastic place to live, grow up and even retire to, local shop, excellent doctors surgery, a few pubs and some fantastic local schools .... not a lot not to like really is there.

This quite new select development has really added to the existing village, the mix of homes are attractively built and varied with large landscaped area to the front as you drive in softening things really nicely.

This particular property is beautifully tucked away with a real feel of privacy to it, the frontage is well enclosed leading out to the front gardens, garage and driveway.

Walking inside you have a great size entrance hall, light, bright and spacious. Leading to the left you enter the kitchen / dining room, as you would expect the kitchen itself is very current in both style and colour and looks great, the contrasting composite work surfaces then really set things off.
