Upon entering the house you instantly feel a sense of light and space thanks to the wide hallway and deep windows in both the front reception rooms. To the left hand side is the main reception room which stretches from the front and almost right the way to the back with a bay window at the front and a wood burner for those cosy winter nights! What really impressed us about this house is the additional reception space which makes this the ideal family home as you have a second room to the right hand side which could act as a dining room, play room or separate lounge depending on your needs. Next door to this room is the study which, again, is impressive in size and provides ample space for a desk and storage. An under-stairs cupboard and downstairs cloakroom are opposite and beyond these you enter the kitchen dining room. This is a really usable room and I imagine the new owner will end up using this as the `hub of the house`. Now, upstairs is again quite something and we were pleasantly surprised by how generous the developers had been with the space here. As you walk up the stairs the landing feels very large and the bedrooms are really well proportioned - ideal if you are a family who can benefit from everyone having their own room or if you require a spare room for guests. Whatever your needs, there is an en suite to the master bedroom as well as the second bedroom; both high quality with modern fittings and the master has built in wardrobes.
