Attention To Detail

The look is so clever with the mix of modern cool render and timber that ages but retains the look that will draw you in. The colours and materials have all been well thought out with dark grey slate tiles and window surrounds complementing the overall first impression.
Walking inside you get your first glimpse of what is offer here, gloss finished floor tiles that take your eye line right through to the vast split level kitchen / family room and through the bi-fold doors to the terrace and gardens beyond. You have double doors on the angle here which opens the reception hall even further and in turn flows through to the main living room, a great space and just that bit wider than most so giving you options to furnish to suit your use for this room
To the other side you have the TV room, this room was designed to do just that, watch TV or a movie in peace and leave the larger living room for relaxing or entertaining.

These rooms lie in the front section but as you go further into the home you can wander off to the right and into lovely study with roof light, fitted out with office furniture it’s all ready to go. Continuing round you also have a modern and beautifully fitted cloakroom.
The next feature really shows the thought that has gone into this design, the dining room. Really cleverly created as its own space but with an open plan feel on two sides and looking down into the huge kitchen/family/entertaining space.

Now we move to the real wow, the kitchen/ family/ entertaining space .... steps take you down into a space that you will fall in love with, the heart of the home where it all goes on and it is exceptional, with the tallest ceiling heights I`ve seen for some time. The style is that of an Orangery with fantastic roof lantern and a total wall of bi-fold doors that allow light to flood in on the gloomiest of days.

A contrast has been created here with floor to ceiling handmade and hand painted units in blue that offer so much storage together with built in tall standing fridge and freezers along with integrated ovens.
The centre piece is a huge Island unit with corian work surface and central six ring gas hob, there is plenty of space to properly sit here and chat, drink and eat rather than just perch as is true of so many other Island features. The surrounding units then compliment in a matching finish again with the corian tops and seamless corian sink.

The whole kitchen section, with underfloor heating, whilst large only takes half of the entire space with the remaining space creating a comfortable seating area for relaxing and entertaining. It really is the most impressive of areas and something that you truly have to walk in to fully get the feel and style. The bi-fold doors then open the full width, a true wall of glass that is as impressive closed as open, but when open allows you to wander out onto the large raised terrace.

Moving up stairs via the modern open glass staircase you can see what they have decide to do here, they have gone for a large landing and four huge double bedrooms with two en suites, family bathroom and dressing room. The master suite is vast with vaulted ceilings and a lovely juliet balcony which is not only a lovely feature and gives great views of the gardens but lovely to open on those warm nights. You have a wonderful walk in wardrobe which in turn leads through to a really impressive wet room which is again quite beautifully styled.

Bedroom two is then almost identical in size, again has the juliet balcony and a good range of built in wardrobes, this then leads through to a good size en suite bathroom. Bedrooms three and four are then positioned to the front overlooking the impressive oak and are again large square shaped doubles and so are easy to furnish. These two bedrooms are then serviced by the family bathroom which as you would expect by now has also been well fitted.

Moving in to the gardens you have appx 110 feet here and all quite nicely established. The raised terrace runs the full width and gives so much space to relax and entertain. Steps lead down to the main lawn which extends the full depth to the detached cabin or garden studio, and what a feature this is. Fully fitted with kitchen and bar area this is a superb space for entertaining, den, work room, so so flexible that it can change as life does.

To the side you have one of my favourite spots, a beautifully private pergola with ample room to seat 10 plus and simply watch the day go by....really lovely.
