For me I’d be looking to get planning for a dormer window or cool large Velux roof lights and creating an amazing master suite but you may have your own ideas.

Moving outside you have a really good size garden and yet you`re in town ... the sunken terrace extends across the full width and down the side so you have room to sit and chill, entertain and bbq but also privacy with the retaining wall then having steps leading up onto lawn. The main lawn is a good size with screened area to the rear which currently houses large garden storage shed, the pathway to the side runs the whole length.
